                            - Aged in old American-oak casks with a capacity of 500 litres following the traditional ageing system of Jerez, soleras and criaderas.

Mahogany colour. It has a very marked tear that is the result of its great density. Aroma: predominance of raisins; it also has notes of toasted sugar and slight hints of wood and vanilla. On the palate, it has an exquisite taste of raisins. It is sweet, without being sickly-sweet, warm and velvety. Notes of raisins and wood are present in the aftertaste. It is a persistent wine.

            Soil Profile
Albariza is a type of soil that covers the countryside of the Sherry Landmark. It is a white soil that compacts into boulders that allow water from the short but intense rains of the region to remain in the subsoil several meters deep throughout the year.
